WHAT IS BOWL-TO-ROLL? It’s a Party with a Purpose!
Bowl-to-Roll! is a Bowl-a-Thon and Party ( and a community fundraiser) that engages Clubs, Groups, Churches, Civic Organizations, Companies and members of our Beaches communities to raise money to help fund the operating costs of Beaches Dial-a-Ride so that it may continue to serve our community and keep the bus rolling! Bowling teams are formed and asked to raise and collect pledges prior to the event. Each Team will provide enough bowlers to keep one lane going for the entire evening (5-8pm). Bowlers may spend 3 minutes or 3 hours bowling as long as the bowling balls keep rolling from start to finish!

WHAT ARE THE GOALS OF THE BOWL-TO-ROLL? It’s to Have Fun and Raise Money!
Many people don’t know about this service and even fewer realize that it is a privately funded non-profit organization.The goal of this event is create awareness and to keep the Dial-a-Ride service available to the beaches community.
  • Individual Goal: $100
  • Team Goal: $1,000 (per team of 10 people)
  • Non-Bowling Sponsor Goal: $300

PRIZE STRUCTURE GUIDELINES
Donations collected must be turned in by the day of the event in order to qualify for prizes. TEAM PRIZES & GRAND RAFFLE DRAWING ARE HELD ON EVENT DAY.
  • TEAM TURNS IN $1,000: Each team member receives one grand prize drawing and one door prize ticket!
  • TEAM TURNS IN $1,200: Each team member receives two grand prize drawing and two door prize tickets!
  • TEAM TURNS IN $2,000: Each team member receives a pair of movie passes, three grand prize drawing & three door prize tickets! All movie passes will be sent to the team coordinator within 4-6 weeks post event.
