It is our hope to bring key members of the Houston Community together to bring awareness and support to our annual holiday food drive and partnering 501c3 organizations.

WHO IS CHEF DON BOWIE?
Houston native and restaurateur, Chef Don Bowie, has bolstered his status as a leader in Houston’s rapidly evolving culinary scene since opening Taste Bar + Kitchen.
In addition to his business endeavors Chef Bowie is proud to announce the formation of a new charitable arm to his growing hospitality group, Culinary Matters. Big Chef Bowie Cares – a non-profit 501c3 foundation – which will serve to amplify his ongoing charitable efforts that have historically focused on supporting educational initiatives, hunger aid, disaster relief and second chance citizens.
This year, Big Chef Bowie Cares has partnered with Kids Meals Houston, The City of Houston’s Thanksgiving Feast, US Marines Toys for Tots and the Houston First Organization among many others to help feed and support as many Houston area families in need of food and resources this holiday season and we welcome you to help us in these efforts!
